Using Kentico CMS for Appetere website

The words "cobbler's children" & "shoes" springs to mind here, but better late than never, I've now moved the Appetere web-site over to Kentico CMS.

The original website wasn't particularly complicated, but it was good that all the existing ASP.NET pages and C# code could be re-used within Kentico CMS without much alteration.

It also gave me an excuse to freshen the look slightly (although I know more needs to be done here) and update the pages & text (which of course, is now very easy, so I'll probably keep fiddling with this).
