MARU

MARU is the Medical Architecture Research Unit, a department at London South Bank University.

The brief was to create a professional networking website to facilitate dialogue between MARU alumni with news, events, research and project information.

Appetere designed the web site & implemented it as a Content Management System. Most of the functionality is only available to alumni after securely logging in and includes:

News & Events, also available as an RSS feed
Directory of members, with search facility
Forums for all users to contribute to
Facility to conduct online surveys
Library including past dissertations, field-visit reports, etc
