When Appetere was first formed, we developed some desktop software to help pharmaceutical companies make decisions about the optimal sales force resource to be allocated to products in a portfolio.

At the time, we also offered a consultancy service, carrying out analysis using this software.  This service has since been discontinued, but the software remains available for purchase.  Please contact us if you would like to know more.

The optimisation process was based on following a proven methodology which uses Marginal Return On Investment (MROI) critieria to maximise the long-term profit that a sales-force can achieve from a portfolio of products. More detail is available in our case study.
