ASP.NET (with C#) Web Application Development

I am available to work on ASP.NET (with C# server-side programming) web application development projects with much flexibility regarding the type of engagement (bespoke, contract, full-time, part-time).

I am currently working my way towards becoming a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) in ".NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications" and as part of this am particularly interested in projects that will allow me to exercise the full range of my technical skills (for example a database-driven application using SQLServer, such as a Content Management System (CMS) or a club membership system).

My main objective is to create applications & websites that are totally fit for purpose, for which I draw on my previous experience in software sales, needs analysis, project management & implementation.

Completed Projects

Badgers Tennis Club

Development of a court booking system for Badgers Tennis Club in Brighton. Office users have facilities to add/edit/delete bookings. Includes provision for recurring bookings & double-booking detection. Club members have access to a read-only version through the Badgers web-site and a rolling "now & next" display of court bookings in the club-house.

The system is hosted by Appetere & uses a skin-file with CSS to match the existing Badgers website style.

ASP.NET v2.0, C# code-behind, custom diary control, SQL Server database.
 
want2PASS Driving School

Re-development from scratch of the web-site for want2PASS Driving School in Hove. Including the graphic-design of the site and advising on & contributing towards content and search-engine rankings.
